Warner Bros. has officially announced the restructuring of DC Comics into a new company: Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (WBEI) has created DC Entertainment Inc., a new company founded to fully realize the power and value of the DC Comics brand and characters across all media and platforms, to be run by Diane Nelson, it was announced today by Barry Meyer, Chairman & CEO, and Alan Horn, President & COO, Warner Bros. In the Thank You for Smoking and Juno helmer's new film, opening December 4th, Clooney plays Ryan Bingham, a corporate hatchet man who loves his life on the road but is forced to fight for his job when his company downsizes its travel budget. He is required to spend more time at home just as he is on the cusp of a goal he's worked toward for years: reaching five million frequent flyer miles and just after he's met the frequent-traveler woman of his dreams. Second Full Princess and the Frog Trailer

Yahoo! Movies has debuted the second full trailer for Walt Disney Pictures' The Princess and the Frog which you can watch using the player below! Opening in New York and Los Angeles on November 25th and nationwide on December 11th, the animated comedy is set in the great city of New Orleans. The musical puts a modern twist on a classic tale, featuring a beautiful girl named Tiana (Anika Noni Rose), a frog prince who desperately wants to be human again, and a fateful kiss that leads them both on a hilarious adventure through the mystical bayous of Louisiana. The Princess and the Frog marks the return to hand-drawn animation from the revered team of John Musker and Ron Clements ( The Little Mermaid , Aladdin ), with music by Oscar-winning composer Randy Newman.

No Green Hornet for Nicolas Cage

While he was never officially cast, Heat Vision reports that Nicolas Cage won't be playing the villain in Columbia Pictures' The Green Hornet , which director Michel Gondry has started filming in Los Angeles. Sources for the Blog say that the studio is on the hunt for a new actor to play the villain in the comic book adaptation. No scenes with Cage were shot for the movie. Columbia is planning a December 17, 2010 release for the pic, which stars Seth Rogen, Cameron Diaz, Jay Chou, Edward James Olmos, David Harbour and Tom Wilkinson.

Halle Berry to Star in Dark Tide

Halle Berry is in advanced talks to star in action-thriller Dark Tide for director Clark Johnson ( S.W.A.T. ), says Variety . Twilight producers Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey will shepherd the $15-20 million film via their Temple Hill banner. The project, written by Amy Sorlie, concerns a diving instructor who returns to the deep after a near-fatal incident with a Great White shark. Dark Tide will start filming in South Africa later this year.

More Get Set for Battle: Los Angeles

The Hollywood Reporter says that R&B singer-songwriter Ne-Yo, Ramon Rodriguez, Taylor Handley, Cory Hardrict, Jadin Gould, Bryce Cass and Joey King will star in director Jonathan Liebesman's sci-fi film Battle: Los Angeles . They are joining the previously-announced Aaron Eckhart, Michelle Rodriguez, Bridget Moynahan and Michael Pena in the Columbia Pictures project. Ne-Yo plays a corporal in the platoon. Rodriguez, Handley and Hardrict are members of the platoon fighting the invading aliens. Cass, Gould and King are kids trapped in a community center. Principal photography is starting this week in Shreveport, Louisiana. Neal Moritz is producing.

NBC Developing Jerry Bruckheimer Action Series

NBC is developing a pilot from Jerry Bruckheimer set inside a unit charged with tracking fugitives, reports Variety . "Cold Case" writer Jennifer Johnson is set to pen the untitled project, which she'll also executive produce, alongside Bruckheimer and Bruckheimer TV's Jonathan Littman. Warner Bros. TV is the studio behind the project. Also attached to the procedural is KristieAnne Reed, who will serve as co-exec producer. Johnson's credits also include "Lost" and "Providence."

Red Band Trailer for The House of the Devil

Hulu has premiered this Red Band trailer for the Ti West horror-thriller The House of the Devil , to be available on VOD October 1st and in limited theaters on October 30th. The satanic thriller is set in the 1980s and stars Jocelin Donahue, Greta Gerwig, Tom Noonan, Mary Woronov, AJ Bowen and Dee Wallace. In the film, Sam (Donahue) is a pretty college sophomore, so desperate to earn some cash for a deposit on an apartment that she accepts a babysitting job even after she finds out there is no baby. Mr. and Mrs. Ulman (Noonan and Woronov) are the older couple who lure Sam out to their creeky Victorian mansion deep in the woods, just in time for a total lunar eclipse. Tolkien Trust, New Line & HarperCollins Settle LOTR Lawsuit

The Tolkien Trust (a UK registered charity), New Line Cinema, and HarperCollins Publishers Ltd. have resolved the lawsuit relating to the "Lord of the Rings" films. The claim was filed in February of last year. HarperCollins Publishers Ltd. and the trustees of the JRR Tolkien Estate were co-plaintiffs in the claim, which concerned plaintiffs' participation interest in the "Lord of the Rings" films released between 2001 and 2003. The precise terms of the settlement are confidential. Commenting on the settlement, Christopher Tolkien said: "The Trustees regret that legal action was necessary, but are glad that this dispute has been settled on satisfactory terms that will allow the Tolkien Trust properly to pursue its charitable objectives. New Screenwriters for Akira Movie

We haven't heard much about the live-action Akira movie since February of 2008 (actually, back then it was reported that two films were being made), but now Collider says that Warner Bros. Pictures is still developing the movie and has hired screenwriters Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby to pen the script. The duo co-wrote the first Iron Man movie and Children of Men . Akira is based on anime artist Katsuhiro Otomo's six-volume graphic novel masterwork. The film is said to take place in "New Manhattan," a metropolis that was rebuilt after being destroyed 31 years ago. The famous motorcycle will also definitely be a part of the film. Charlie Sheen to Cameo in Wall Street 2

The New York Times interviewed Oliver Stone recently about Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps , which 20th Century Fox has scheduled for an April 23, 2010 release. Stallone is Turning Hunter Into Rambo V

Last Monday, it was announced that Nu Image/Millennium Films had given the green light to a fifth installment in the "Rambo" franchise.
